Good news for those who have always dreamed of enjoying a catwalk’s front row! Rinascente, a reference point of fashion and new trends since 1865, has launched the brand-new #enjoythefrontrow initiative, featuring five days of fashion shows (from 11 to 15 October) open to the wider public. Visitors to the highly central one stop shop can indeed watch the new Fall/Winter 2016-2017 collections, currently on display in the windows overlooking Piazza Duomo, straight on a dedicated catwalk within Rinascente’s spaces. This special project features the collaboration with important Italian brands such as N°21 by Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Manuel Facchini, Giuseppe Zanotti Design, Kartell design Paula Cademartori, Francesco Scognamiglio, Antonio Marras and Diesel.
But that’s not all, as guests can also enjoy a childrenswear fashion show by Monnalisa and Diesel, as well as the never-seen-before concept of “see now, buy now”, allowing them to directly purchase the products they’ve just seen on the catwalk and get to meet the designers.
Renowned fashion gurus, but also young talents, as the opening catwalk features a collective show by emerging designers L72, San Andres Milano, Cristiano Burani, Marco Bologna, Alberto Zambelli, Twins Florence, Edithmarcel and Daniele Calcaterra, as well as Flavia La Rocca, Leitmotiv, Voodoo Jewels, Soloviere, L’F Shoes and Horo promoted by Unicredit’s Fashion Lab project. All creations from these fashion newcomers will be on sale at Rinascente Annex from 11 to 25 October.
The chances of participating to #enjoythefrontrow project are countless, as guests can either take part to the show live at the department store or follow the initiative online by subscribing to the official website or day by day on Rinascente’s account on the main social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, to fully appreciate a modern and entertaining new concept of fashion.
