Japanese and Italian cooking cultures have never been so close to each other! On 9 and 10 July take a visit to Asola, The Brian&Barry Building San Babila’s restaurant, to taste the exclusive ad-hoc Shoku No Wa menu (“food harmony,” in Japanese) invented by three of the best Japanese “culinary artists” and by Asola’s resident chef. Taking the cue from the incoming Japan Day at Expo (11 July), Mamoru Kataoka, Yoshimi Hidaka, Daisuke Yamane and Matteo Torretta introduce a limited edition menu featuring ten courses that blend the best delicacies from both countries, symbols of an everlasting research for quality and excellence. The whole accompanied by an accurate selection of the best sakes served in a stunning location (photo) to make these dates a unique food experience you can’t miss.
On 10 July the Shoku No Wa menu is available both at lunchtime and dinnertime, besides Asola’s traditional à la carte.
