The 1000 Miglia, one of the most beautiful car races in the world, is followed by fans who love the elegance of historic cars and Italian landscapes.
For the 2023 edition, there will be a novelty: as many as five days of competition that, from 13 to 17 June, will engage the 405 cars allowed to start from Brescia. The vintage competition will take place between Brescia, Rome and back along a route of more than 2,000 kilometers.
The convoy of cars departs from Brescia and passes through Verona, Ferrara, Lugo, Imola, Cervia-Milano Marittima, San Marino, Senigallia, Macerata, Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Rome; on the return journey it passes through Siena, Pistoia, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Parma, Stradella, Pavia, Alessandria, Asti, Vercelli and Milan.
Just the fourth day’s stage includes the arrival in Milan, which hosts the last night of the race after the passage from Stradella to Pavia, through Piedmont to Alessandria, then Asti, Vercelli and Novara. The restart the next day is to Bergamo, twin city of Brescia Capital of Culture 2023, and transit through Franciacorta. The 2023 1000 Miglia will end in Brescia in the late morning with a city circuit before the final catwalk on the Viale Venezia platform. In the evening, the farewell to 2024 with the Freccia Rossa’s white night, the 1000 Miglia The Night that will conclude the intense week.
2023 will also be the year of the centennial celebration of the Italian Air Force, which has always been very close to the race.
