About Notte Europea dei Musei
3 July 2021 marks the return of the 17th edition of the European Museums Night (Notte Europea dei Musei, in Italian), an initiative organised by the French Ministry of Culture and sponsored by UNESCO, the Council of Europe and ICOM.
On the occasion of the event, museums and cultural sites can be visited during the evening hours at the symbolic cost of 1 euro or, in some other cases, free of charge.
The participating museums
The event has been powered to help and support the relaunch of the museums’ and the Institutes’ activities during the summer season. The event is not held in Milan and only, but in the whole Italian territory and involves public museums and art galleries as well as private cultural hubs.
Please note that the list of the participating museums is being updates in the days preceding the event.
Tickets and Information
Tickets (at a symbolic cost of 1 euro) can be purchased at the various museums’ ticket offices.
Access to the museums may be reduced in compliance with the safety measures against COVID-19.
