Arturo Brachetti, the greatest transformer in the world, once again leaves the audience speechless. In the new season of his one-man show “Solo. The Legend of Quick-Change” opens the doors of his home, made of memories and fantasies.
Brachetti proposes a journey through his artistic history, between traditional scenography and videomapping, from the great classics such as shadows, mime and chapeaugraphie, and surprising novelties such as poetic painting on sand and magnetic laser beam.
In the show, Arturo Brachetti transforms himself into more than 60 new characters, many created especially for this show, who will appear before the audience in a fast-paced and engaging rhythm. With characters from the most beloved TV series, Magritte, the great myths of pop music, fairy tales and sci-fi adventures, the artist keeps the pace on stage for ninety minutes of the show.
About the artist
Famous and acclaimed all over the world, Arturo Brachetti is the great international master of the quick-change, which he has reinvented in a contemporary key. His quick-change numbers are so fast that they are undefeated in the Guinness Book of Records. In 2019 Brachetti celebrated 40 years of international success: he has performed in the four corners of the planet, in different languages and in hundreds of theaters. His previous one man show “The Man of a Thousand Faces” was seen by over 2,000,000 viewers.
