Chiostro in Fiera 2023

The Museo Diocesano is hosting this year the 25th edition of Chiostro in Fiera, the market exhibition of high craftsmanship with free admission. On this occasion, more than 80 artisans-artists from all over Italy will color Milan’s most anticipated and traditional spring event. The proposal includes colorful clothes, home furnishings and accessories using fabrics from all over the world, from India to Japan, from Africa to Italy; as well as handmade footwear, from the most classic, made in the Marche region, among the most important in the Italian territory, to Venetian, Caprese sandals created and assembled right in the Cloister and even leather or raffia babouches, inspired by Morocco. As per tradition, food and wine will be present at Chiostro in Fiera, with such excellences as organic EVO oil from Abruzzo, handmade tortelli and fresh pasta from Modena, typical cheeses from Lombardy, and chocolate from Modica.
The exhibition-market aims to raise funds to be used for the financing and development of cultural and educational projects of the Museo Diocesano, where it is also possible to visit the exhibition dedicated to the great French photographer Robert Doisneau.
