About the exhibition

The expressive universe of naturalised Japanese-Swiss artist Leiko Ikemura ranges from drawing to watercolour, from painting to photography and sculpture, in ceramics, terracotta, bronze and, more recently, in glass in collaboration with important Murano craftsmen.

Into more details

A selection of 50 works created from the 1980s to the present day tells of the intimate relationship between the female figure and the cosmos. The result is an abstract representation of the contemporary existential condition.
