About the exhibition
The art of Tullio Pericoli, artist from the Marche region, becomes the protagonist of the spaces of the Appartamento dei Principi at Palazzo Reale for the monographic exhibition “Frammenti”.
The exhibition pays tribute to the city of Milan – where the artist lived – and features more than 150 works created between 1977 and 2021. The paintings and drawings by Pericoli bring together a large part of the artist’s latest production, which is part of his ever-active reflection on the landscape.
What’s on display?
Over the last twenty years, the artistic production by Pericoli has focused on landscape, which is well represented in the featured masterpieces. However, the works on display also include the portraits of important personalities from the world of culture, and his forays into the theatre, with the staging of operas for the Zurich Opernhaus and the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
