About the Festival
BASE launches the second edition of FAROUT Live Arts Festival: 9 days of performances, public art, installations and talks with over 20 national and international artists and collectives.
This year’s festival of contemporary creation is dedicated to the theme of time: suspended time with actions and performances of long duration, performative time with shows lasting from a few minutes to three hours, time dedicated to talks, workshops and temporary schools.
To kick off FAROUT Live Arts Festival, on Saturday 1 October from 5pm to midnight, there will be a large open party spread throughout the city with numerous events that, starting from the San Siro district, will accompany the public to the spaces of BASE Milano.
