21 stages along 3,450 kilometres, 47,000 metres of total elevation gain across Italy’s great mountains, landscapes, villages and cities: these are some of the ingredients that make the Giro d’Italia one of the most characteristic sporting competitions of the Bel Paese, which sees the best big names in international cycling compete.
The grand finale is on Sunday 30 May, featuring an individual 29.4km time trial that starting from Senago and finish at Milan’s Duomo.
