About the fair
The theme of this 17th edition of Golosaria Milano will be “The Taste of Distinction“, involving both the catering world and that of quality shops.
One of the new features of this edition will be the launch of an area dedicated exclusively to “mixed drinks“, a new trend in Italy, in Milan, Bologna, Turin, Verona, Padua and elsewhere. Clubs and bartenders will be the protagonists of this event within the event.
350 exhibitors are expected at Golosaria Milano 2022 and many new innovations in all food sectors, including the “street food” that will animate the outdoor area.
