About the event
Les Journées Particulières by LVMH, three days that pay tribute to the unique heritage of craftsmanship, are back this year. A kind of journey to discover the “behind the scenes” of the manufactures and ateliers of 57 of the group’s maisons, with free visits. The last edition in 2018 involved over 180,000 people and, in this fourth edition, 19 locations in Italy will open to the general public in 7 regions.
An initiative that offers the general public an exceptional opportunity to meet the men and women who are shaping the future of luxury, bringing to life and developing this extraordinary heritage of savoir-faire, craftsmanship and iconic and unique places around the world.
Among the 19 locations that will open to the general public, in Milan, will be the Pasticceria Cova, the Acqua di Parma boutique and the HQ of Loro Piana, which will host some of the maison’s artisans.
More about the initiative
The event was conceived in 2011 by Antoine Arnault, President of Loro Piana , CEO of Berluti and Head of Communication and Sustainability of the LVMH Group.
Created to give the public the opportunity to discover the extraordinary reservoir of craftsmanship and savoir-faire of its Maisons, this unprecedented initiative reflects LVMH’s pride in the unparalleled craftsmanship excellence of its Maisons and pays tribute to the unique heritage of craftsmanship.
