Different locations in Milano
Open House Milano is a widespread project that involves the city at 360° and, from edition to edition, is establishing itself as a reference point for Milanese architecture, which is thus promoted internationally in the Open House Worldwide network.
The city’s most beloved architecture festival returns again this year as a manifestation of a renewed fertility of thought. The city is a synthesis of change between architecture, design and urbanism where the varied expressions of a new relationship between man and his habitat are manifested.
“Urban Humanism” is the title chosen for this eighth edition: among others, and then there will be a chance to preview MonteRosa 91, the complex designed by Renzo Piano back in 2003 and now in the final stages of the redevelopment process. And then again Scalo Farini, which is part of the project “Scali Milano,” which consists of the redevelopment of seven former disused railway yards: Farini, San Cristoforo, Romana, Greco-Breda, Lambrate, Rogoredo and Porta Genova.
