Showcooking and Tastings at Eataly

Eataly Milano Smeraldo celebrates artisanal pasta and extra virgin olive oil with an exclusive schedule of themed events and signature dinners. The store in Piazza XXV Aprile hosts showcooking, tastings and events where the exceptional protagonists are the master fusilla makers of Gragnano, ready to reveal the secrets of fresh pasta.
It is a journey through the pillars of Made in Italy agribusiness and dedicates six weeks to celebrating pasta, a dish that is a symbol of Italian style, and extra virgin olive oil, of which Italy is the leading producer in terms of biodiversity with more than 500 cultivars with their infinite organoleptic nuances. During the six-week celebration, dinnertime also becomes an opportunity to involve all customers of Eataly Smeraldo restaurants in the pasta and oil story. Chefs will come out of the store kitchens to offer a taste of spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino.
