About the project
Superdesign Show is a Superstudio project, a place of excellence of the Fuorisalone in the Tortona District during the Milan Design Week. The event focuses on the contamination between classic and avant-garde, between industry and craftsmanship, between tradition and future, and looks “beyond”, looks at design “after” Design.
“Looking Ahead” is the general theme of this event: one direction, one common contemporary language. In the spaces of Superstudio Più, the public will be able to wander freely among the site-specific installations in the large halls, with collective or individual exhibitions.
Some examples
“Asian Impact” will be a large choral exhibition in which Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore interpret the global world with proposals that respect their tradition but integrate with technology and contemporary aesthetics. “Supergarden” is a diffuse installation that tells of the novelties of open-air furnishing with the different possibilities of living outside. “Home Switch Home” will let us experience the home we will have in the near future.
