About the concert
An absolute novelty of this season of the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano are the concerts to taste, which combine listening to music with tasting the creations of the famous Italian Chef and Maître Chocolatier Ernst Knam.
There are two appointments in this series, in December 2022 and March 2023.
On Saturday 17 December, we will be listening to “Rendering“, a restoration work that Luciano Berio carried out on fragments of what should have been Franz Schubert‘s Tenth Symphony; on Saturday 25 March 2023, we will be listening to Ludwig van Beethoven‘s Symphony No. 7 in A Major Opus 92.
About the initiative
On both evenings, listening to a great symphonic concert live will be accompanied by the aroma and taste of the best Knam chocolate. The public will be accompanied, step by step, by M°Ruben Jais, together with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano, to savour the secrets of chocolate through the tasting of a selection of pralines proposed and illustrated by Ernst Knam.
