About the exhibition
More than a million Lego® bricks have been used by Nathan Sawaya to create a hundred bizarre sculptures for his unique project “The Art of the Brick” . Not only reproductions of works of art such as Michelangelo’s “David” or Leonardo da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa”, but also the reproduction of the skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex over 6 metres long and other cultures created with meticulous patience.
The travelling exhibition “The Art of the Brick” is the best known Lego® art show in the world: it has toured several cities and made it onto CNN’s “Must-See” list. The format has already attracted more than 7 million visitors worldwide and promises to thrill families with new and surprising masterpieces. The exhibition is hosted in the new Milanese urban hub Ride Milano, in the Navigli area, the heart of the design and fashion district.
