About the exhibition
The Italian Glass Weeks is the event born from the fusion of “Vision Milan Glass Week” and “The Venice Glass Week” to promote and enhance industrial and artistic glass.
On the occasion of the International Year of Glass in 2022, the event will bring the attention of consumers, companies, institutions, artists and glass lovers to the unique and inimitable characteristics of the Italian glass industry.
The planned initiatives will be held mainly in Milan from 10 to 18 September, and in Venice from 17 to 25 September. Thanks also to the contribution of all the the supply chain, there will be tours, exhibitions, open factories and extraordinary openings that will places for visitors to discover the fascinating world of glass.

The event will promote art and craft glass mainly in Venice, while the programme promoting industrial and design glass will take place mainly in Milan. The last editions in Milan and Venice saw a total of 180 thousand visitors, more than 300 physical and digital initiatives and the involvement of 180 locations.
