In the major event “Tribute to Morricone Film History” a 40-piece orchestra and 100 choristers perform the most beautiful soundtracks in film history. The show traces the highlights of the Maestro’s career: from his early collaborations with Sergio Leone to the music he created for Hollywood, which consecrated the Italian composer as a world icon and awarded him a star on the Walk Of Fame. In addition to a large orchestra, the more than 100 choristers of the Ensemble Vocale Ambrosiano, I Musici Cantori di Milano, and the Carducci Choir directed by Mauro Penacca will also be on stage.
The show will not only be a way to listen to the Maestro’s music live, but also – through video content – to recall the historical path of his creations and all the prestigious collaborations Morricone has done with the biggest names in international cinema.
