About the initiative
Between late September and early October, Ville Aperte in Brianza offers three weekends of extraordinary openings and many appointments. The sites involved will be 180, in 83 municipalities and 5 provinces of Lombardy (Monza and Brianza, Metropolitan City of Milan, Lecco, Como and Varese).
Villas of delight, churches, architectural complexes, museums, historic mills, and farmsteads are ready to reveal the extraordinary richness of the historic-artistic heritage of Brianza and the Lombardy region.

Among the initiatives that will involve an increasingly broad audience with different proposals, in addition to the formula of guided tours, focusing on events for families, also workshops for children, theatrical performances, guided tours for people with disabilities and much more. Then again more than 30 itineraries in the area, to be traveled on foot or by bicycle, and a traveling photo exhibition dedicated to 20 years of Open Villas in Brianza with the history of the area and its historical residences.
