Between traditional cuisine and international atmospheres, “Dal Milanese” was born as a new restaurant and cocktail bar with a contemporary mood but capable of transporting customers on a journey through 40 years of Milanese life. Neon lights and signs recall Piazza del Duomo in the 1980s, paintings, advertising prints, original posters of the theatre shows that have made history such as those of Dario Fo, Giorgio Gaber and Mariangela Melato.
In an exceptional location like the prestigious TAM Teatro Arcimboldi Milano, catering entrepreneur Luca Guelfi has brought typical Milanese cuisine to the foot of Italy’s biggest stage. A place of excellence for live entertainment, in fact, thanks to the performances of the greatest Italian and international artists, TAM Teatro degli Arcimboldi has in recent years become a cultural hub and an iconic location for Milanese culture.
The menu at the ‘Dal Milanese’ restaurant exclusively uses products of Lombard excellence: mondeghili, fried courgette flowers stuffed with taleggio cheese, riso al salto, risotto alla milanese, vitello tonnato, ossobuco, veal cutlet, galletto al mattone, homemade pastas and Lombard cold cuts and cheeses. But that’s not all, the restaurant also offers pizzas with thin, light and crispy dough, just as the Milanese like it.
Open to all, for theatre audiences but also for external customers. The theatre’s garden offers a dehors that presents itself as an oasis to taste the typical dishes of the Lombard capital even during the summer season.
