In Cordusio, the heart of Milan’s financial district, Desco Restaurant is a contemporary space where Italian and international traditions come together for a new gastronomic experience.

Desco has recently been added to the list of must-visit restaurants in the Lombard capital, a modern and elegant space characterised by a cuisine that reinterprets tradition with a contemporary twist. The young chef Roberto Godi, at the head of an equally young brigade, expresses today’s Milan at the table through an avant-garde approach, with fun and tasty dishes where the high quality of the raw materials blends with a profound knowledge of Italian cuisine and tasty forays into Asian cuisine.

With seating for up to 60, the restaurant is the perfect place to indulge in a tasteful and relaxing break, from lunch to dinner, including an aperitif.
From Monday to Saturday Desco offers a varied menu that also embraces vegan cuisine. The lunch menu is tasty and balanced: with Hummus, tahina and peanuts with coconut bacon you can travel far, and then return to the scents of home with “Desco n° 5”, the delicious bronze-drawn spaghetti with five tomatoes. Among the main courses, the grilled beef skirt served with mashed potatoes and fermented butter is appreciated for its refined combinations. The evening “à la carte” menu is complemented by the even more experimental Desco Lab: a selection of highly creative dishes such as Risotto alla Milanese frog and pigeon and Duck, seaweed and beef katsuobushi.
