The key to success often happens when there is a gift for innovation and an ability to stay true to oneself. No one understands this better than Giorgio Armani, who following this philosophy, gave life to the Emporio Armani Caffè e Ristorante, which recently re-opened, after a complete makeover. The spaces, enlarged and reimagined, are spread over two floors. Although they are inspired by the 30s, a reference to the building’s birth date, they are distinguished by contemporary design. The rooms, enhanced by a second outdoor area, have been designed for all-day hospitality, from breakfast to after-dinner drinks, and brunch on Sundays. The ground floor is enriched by round and rectangular tables which contrast with the blue, green and red upholstery of the chairs. It is divided into two interconnecting spaces. At the bar cafeteria, customers can sample and purchase fresh pastries produced on-site, together with Armani/Dolci products by Guido Gobino, while the adjacent area is reserved for lunch. The champagne bar and restaurant are located on the upper floor. The walls are upholstered in silk, and the tables are separated by small glass screens embellished with the palm tree motif from the Armani/Casa collection. There is also a small room at the back with a large, dark marble fireplace and sliding partitions that can be reserved for private occasions.

Culinary offerings vary depending on the spaces and time of day. The menu at the ground floor Emporio Armani Caffè, designed for quick lunch breaks or more informal gatherings, features the staples of Mediterranean cuisine, while the upper floor restaurant boasts a gourmet menu featuring a combination of tradition and innovation, with a focus on Italian cuisine and light healthy dishes, reflected in the choice of fish and meat specialties.
