In the choice of name, the Particolare Milano restaurant reveals its identity: a Milanese establishment in the Porta Romana area that aims to be a welcoming point for those who want to go out but feel at home, who want a cocktail but perhaps also dinner, who come for an after-work aperitif and find themselves in a garden hidden away in the city. The atmosphere is particular, with colour combinations, furnishings studied down to the smallest detail and little references to the last century. A place designed for the city of Milan, which also offers a well-kept and intimate double outdoor space.

Leading the kitchen brigade is chef Andrea Cutillo, who shares a passion for catering with maitre and sommelier Luca Beretta. The cuisine can be described as traditional Mediterranean, with a creative and contemporary twist. Whether it is the Ć  la carte menu or the six-course tasting menu, the key word is a careful selection of small producers and a strong focus on Italian and ethical farming. Lots of raw food, a leap to Spain in search of the most delicious meat, a few ideas from Asia. The wine list is selected by favouring small producers as well as big realities linked to the national territory, many bubbles and different native vines that make it complete from north to south Italy. There is also a large selection of aperitifs, which change from week to week according to the sommelier’s tastes.
