The Quore Italiano brand, already present with five other locations in Milan, arrives in Via Dante, a few steps from the Duomo, telling a story of tradition and made in Italy quality. The new location comprises 90 seats with an indoor dining room with a lush garden, a small room on the -1 floor and a dehors.
There are tasty new dishes on the summer menu, including appetisers, cold dishes such as caprese revisited with buffalo mozzarella DOP, burrata with prosciutto or vitello tonnato with misticanza, Piedmontese hazelnuts and caramelised lemon.
Pizza is enriched with a new yeast-free variety, even more digestible and crispier, declined with different ingredients and fillings. The drinks menu offers the great classics and new flavours to sip accompanied by a platter of local cured meats.
Passion in customer service and quality raw materials are the leitmotifs of the restaurant and are expressed in the fresh pasta as in the pizza. There is no shortage of a speciality from the Parma area, where the Quore Italiano format originated in 2012 from an idea by Marcello Rizza and Giuseppe Beani: the ‘gnocco fritto’ with a platter of cold cuts.
