NEW OPENING

After the success of her first restaurant on the shores of Lake Lugano, the young and talented chef Sara Preceruti has opened the doors to Acquada, her second restaurant and the first in Milan. Inspired by the word in Lombard dialect for ‘heavy rain’, the restaurant features a modern and creative furniture that reflects the venue’s attention to innovative and modern cuisine made of contrasting flavours, daring pairings and a well-balanced mix of cooking techniques and textures. The menu features traditional dishes from the Italian cuisine, intertwined by unusual creations such as “stuffed pasta with Pico de Chevre cheese, balsamic vinegar, celeriac, foal tartare and apple broth” or the chef’s “gianduja in red”, plus a selection of specialities mixing and matching sweet and savoury, crispy and soft, hot and cold.
