The heart of the Moscova area serves as the ideal backdrop to Canapè Shop|Kitchen|Spirits, a new concept space hosting a Bistrot a cocktail bar and a boutique revolving around the subject of light hemp. Based on the idea of going beyond the negative myths connected to this particular plant and, conversely, to value its various beneficial properties, at Canapè Sativa hemp leaves – listed among the so-called “superfoods” – are used for creative cocktails as well as to enhance tasty creations of the bistro menu. Sat in an elegant, green and plastic-free ambience guests can enjoy a fusion contemporary cuisine by chef Alberto Dematteis featuring 15 dishes infused with contaminations from the Japanese cuisine and enhanced by hemp flour, seeds or sauces, or signature cocktails born from Andrea Castellari’s creativity. Besides the most traditional drinks, guests can sip 19 hemp-based signature cocktails with aromatic herbs from faraway countries and paired with various food options. Those wishing to purchase herb teas, flours, scented oils and other hemp-based products can find their share at the dedicated shop inside Canapè.
