NEW OPENING – A new creative concept of smart food to eat on the go has been inaugurated in Via Palo Sarpi, the heart of Chinatown. The name  – Fusho – stems for fusion between sushi and burrito; each fusho roll is made with top-quality dried seaweed stuffed with fresh fish or meat, vegetables and rice enhanced by spices and aromas mixing and matching food tradition from Orient and the West. Tasty sauces can be chosen by customers to complete their roll, including teriyaki or guacamole. Guests can also savour seasonal recipes to be eaten on-site in a friendly and cosy ambience or to be taken away, prepared from an open plan kitchen in the shades of pale green and wood.
