The young and dynamic duo formed by Alessandro Garlando and Federica Caretta is the brainchild behind the brand-new Insieme restaurant, located just steps from Corso Vercelli: an elegant yet modern space with pastel blue and pink walls where Mediterranean cuisine is the real protagonist. Colourful handmade ceramic plates nestle ever-changing creations where taste and the accurate choice of fresh, seasonal products that are strongly connected with the local environment take centre stage. A tribute to the Mediterranean area can be found both in the furniture, crafted by local artisans and in the menu featuring fish, meat and vegetables-based creations enhanced by unconventional ingredients. Highlights include “Mazara’s red prawn, carrot purée, warm butter”, “Breast Goose ham, fried egg and black truffle” or “Nemesis cake, baked persimmon, persimmon ice cream”, paired with Italian and international wine labels where special attention is given to small wine producers.
