Following the example of the eponymous restaurant in Ibiza, IT Restaurant Milano is set to open its doors in the heart of Brera, in the spaces that formerly hosted the historical Palazzo Gondrand. Considered a reference point for top-quality Mediterranean cuisine, IT has been designed to offer the ideal solution for its guests at each moment of the day and hosts a bistro, a lounge and a restaurant. Born from an idea by entrepreneurs Alessio Matrone and Ferruccio De Lorenzo, who wish to conjure up top-notch cuisine and music, IT restaurant will feature a creative Mediterranean menu designed by its Executive Chef Aldo Ritrovato, under the supervision of Michelin-starred chef Gennaro Esposito.
