Michelin-starred chef Antonello Colonna, in collaboration with communication expert Emanuele Sala and hospitality professional Simone Dimitri, has inaugurated a new foodie location just steps from the Duomo. Born to combine highlights from the Roman cuisine and the versatility of an all-day-dining spot – the ideal solution to suit the Milanese vitality – Open Colonna Milano is open from breakfast, when guests can savour typical Roman sweet treats, to the aperitivo, with drinks enhanced by tasty options, until the after dinner. Served in a modern and elegant ambience with large-size, glass wine cellars and open-plan kitchen, the lunch and dinner menu is divided into 8 sections, designed to suit all individual tastes. The ‘Antonello Colonna’ section enables guests and aficionados to savour the chef’s starred specialities, though other options such as healthy, gourmet and “to share” fares are also available.
