NEW OPENING – A new unconventional foodie destination is set to inaugurate in 5 Giornate district by the end of May 2018. Born out of an idea by Luca Guelfi – owner also to restaurants Canteen, Petit Milano and Saigon – Shimokita delights is guests with Japanese tapas, small appetizers based of favourites from the cuisine from Japan, served within a colourful and underground atmosphere recalling the hipster side of Tokyo. Savoury creations are also enhanced by a vast array of sweet treats created by the multi-awarded pastry chef Ilaria Forlani, conjuring up exotic flavours and Japanese aesthetics.
