The latest edition of the Michelin Guide 2020 has nominated the region of Lombardy as the first region in Italy with the highest number of Michelin-starred restaurants, thanks to its impressive number of 62 restaurants in the whole region, 20 of which are located in Milan and in its surroundings. Enrico Bartolini al Mudec– 3 stars (N)
The understanding of origins, creativity and the open-minded approach to the world and globalization, applied to the world of haute cuisine are the key to the success of the young and talented chef Enrico Bartolini. His own-name restaurant in the scenic location of Mudec-Museo delle Culture in via Tortona, and refers to his cuisine as ‘contemporary classic’. In 2020, Enrico Bartolini is the only gourmet destination in Milan awarded with 3 Michelin stars.

Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia - 2 stars
The two stars awarded to historic restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia have also been reconfirmed. Although husband and wife team Aimo and Nadia no longer head the restaurant, their style of cooking lives on in the cuisine of Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, two immensely talented chefs, who continue the tradition of its owners with a menu based on sublime regional Italian cuisine re-interpreted with an innovative twist.
