Palazzo delle Paure is located in Lecco’s historic center, and overlooks the promenade Lungolario. The palace was built in 1905 to host the offices of the Revenue and for its function it obtained the title of “Palace of Fears”. Today the Palace hosts temporary exhibitions on the first floor, while the second houses the SiMuL (Museums System of Lecco) permanent collections of contemporary art, previously located at Villa Manzoni, graphic design and photography.
