Officially back in operation as of 31 May 2023, Milano Malpensa Terminal 2 was once again confirmed as the exclusive home of easyJet, the number one airline at Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa airports in Milan.
Closed in June 2020 due to the pandemic and the resulting decrease in air traffic, Terminal 2 was presented with a revamped look that will further enhance the travel experience for passengers, from check-in and screening to boarding. Specifically, there are 21 self bag drop stations at check-in to allow travelers to check their checked baggage in autonomously: the security check area has been completely renovated and the duty free offerings have been enriched with a completely new shopping area, a food court with many new features and some national previews.
