Gift Wrapping and Shopping Express Service

As part of the Christmas initiatives by Fidenza Village, until 6 January 2020, guests can visit The Concierge or the Welcome Point in the Village to enjoy complimentary gift wrapping with a small donation to support the charity initiatives by  the local association Giocamico (in Italian only), providing entertainment for hospitalised children at the nearby Parma hospital and supporting their families. Moreover, those wishing to shop at Fidenza Village can book a seat on the Shopping Express® service, departing daily from Milan’s city centre and reaching the Village. Travelling on the complimentary coach service entitles guests to receive a VIP Card for 10% off, and enjoy exclusive benefits including Hands-free Shopping service and a welcome drink at the Village’s hospitality space, The Concierge, upon arrival.
