NEW OPENING – The maestro of chefs returns to his origins. Gualtiero Marchesi has opened his Milan-based ‘Accademia’ in via Bonvesin de la Riva. A place of study, learning and experimentation, where cuisine, in all of its myriad expressions, is considered an art form, from music to sculpture, from painting to architecture right up to theatre. The Academy offers two types of courses, one for professionals and one for aspiring chefs, divided into several lessons on different themes. Courses are scheduled to run from the end of October 2014 to the beginning of March 2015.
