NEW OPENING – This innovative bistro is located in via Sebenico 21 (Isola district) at the historic Circolo Filippo Sassetti, a club established in 1911 for members of the Filippo Sassetti building cooperative. Its menu features an offer of select pizzas, with a particular focus on vegetarian specialities. Must-trys include its tasting menu which allows diners to sample and share a variety of different pizzas with their dining companions. The venue boasts a seasonal menu. Several of their pizzas feature traditional pairings while the remainder boasts more original, creative combinations. In addition to pizza, Berberè offers several small tasting dishes that can be eaten before, after or during the meal. Other highlights include is homemade desserts and an interesting selection of beverages, including craft beers and a selection of organic and biodynamic wines. The restaurant is open every evening from 7pm to 11.30pm and at lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
