Bottega del Ramen Opens in Navigli District

NEW OPENING – Located just steps from the Navigli district, in via Vigevano 20, Japanese giant Toridoll recently opened a small corner of Japan called Bottega del Ramen, where customers can savour dishes made with ramen, a traditional Japanese speciality, consisting of noodles served in broth. There are several variations that differ in terms of the type of pasta, broth and flavourings. Fuelled by its initial success, the company decided to open another venue on the same street, but this time at number 10. Aptly named Tokyo Table, the restaurant offers a menu that reflects the authentic flavours of Japanese cuisine. In addition to a wide assortment of 50 otsumami, including edamame, ravioli or nitamago, the restaurant also serves a selection of pasta, meat or fish dishes.
