NEW OPENING

Italian leathergood and accessory brand Coccinelle has opened the doors to its new Flagship Store in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The store, the result of a project by Architect Roberto Baciocchi, welcomes customers with the cosiness of a sitting room and the wonderland attire of a pastry shop, from which the pastel colours that serve as a fil rouge to the entire store design are inspired. Spread over an overall surface of 160 sq.m, the Flagship Store is developed over two storeys, each one featuring a distinctive design: the ground floor is a hymn to contemporaneity, featuring a mix of shiny and matte effect on the floor, light pink plexiglass covering the columns and smooth lines on the furniture. In the basement curves prevail: harmonious round tables, like in a contemporary bistro, cuddly armchairs, soft pouffes like puff pastries used as a display and the total shop window with rounded edges, granting continuous interaction between interior and exterior. This space has been developed to highlight the latest bags, small leather goods and accessories collections designed by Eleonora Pujia and Vinciane Stouvenaker, set amidst synthetic fur and asymmetric niches.
