A healthy, convivial spot, located in the heart of the city in via Spadari, also known as the ‘Road of Taste’. In keeping with its strong eco-based philosophy, it offers menus featuring cereals, legumes and seeds and no GMOs. Simple ingredients updated with a contemporary, creative twist to offer vegans, vegetarians and health-conscious diners a tantalizing combination of colours and flavours. Each day brings a new specialty and, each week, its menu is updated with ten innovative dishes. A convivial, animal-friendly and meat-free eatery.
