NEW OPENING – It’s called the James Beard American Restaurant and it’s an affiliate of the USA pavilion in the city. Where? At the luxurious Seven Stars Hotel in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Every week, more than 30 award-winning chefs from across America will take turns, on a rotational basis, to prepare dinners and an all-day Sunday brunch featuring the menus of the chefs chosen by the James Beard Foundation, the American academy of culinary excellence. The James Beard American Restaurant is located in the Penthouse Suite of the Seven Stars Galleria Hotel, a one-of-a-kind venue on the Milanese scene, boasting a breathtaking view over the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and piazza della Scala. The restaurant is open four evenings a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) and on Sunday for brunch.
