NEW OPENING – New kid on the block, Mamai, offers a culinary experience, though creative, is nevertheless simplified in keeping up with the new concept of “bistronomy”. A concept where the meticulous search for the finest ingredients translates into a harmonious symphony blended with the perfect balance of aesthetics and the chef’s personal taste, but above all, customer satisfaction. Fish, yes, but also red meat and a profusion of pulses, while vegetables and fruit all freshly sourced from market stalls visited on a daily basis by both the chef and cooks.
