NEW OPENING – A new Milanese venue dedicated entirely to fried food. The area, i.e. the Colonne di San Lorenzo, in which Tutti Fritti is located is a breeding ground of new trends where the public is more receptive and one that appealed so strongly to its owner Matteo that he actually set up his home in the area in 1991. Tutti Fritti offers a menu that changes, on an average, twice monthly and is based on fixed ingredients, plus the addition of several seasonal options. Particular attention is paid to the selection of ingredients and authentic artisanal cuisine: from shrimps to friggitelli right up to potato chips, deep-fried with their skins, and cow’s milk caciotta produced by Cascina Selva.
