One of the first chefs to focus on the aesthetics of a dish, with a focus on modern, geometric and colourful presentations, Sadler prepares beautiful creations that can be compared with contemporary art, of which he is an enthusiastic fan. It’s a restaurant cum art gallery that hosts the works of contemporary artists on a rotational basis.
