The Open-Air Theater, built in Milan for EXPO 2015, has a seating capacity of 11,000 (ground and steps) and all performances or shows are powered by renewable energy provided by the solar panels installed on the stage area. From June 2016 the theatre will be reconverted into a multidisciplinary hub hosting widescreens to allow free screenings of football and other sports matches.
