A sneak peek of the new [bu:r] restaurant, the brand-new creation by the Michelin-starred chef of Italian-Deutch origins Eugenio Boer. Designed by architect Mario Abruzzese, the restaurant features top-quality conceptual cuisine, focused on eco-sustainability and creativity.
