It’s been officially announced: a train strike is starting in Italy on 24 May 9pm, it is lasting until 25 May 6pm. Freccia trains by Trenitalia (Freccia Bianca, Freccia Rossa and Freccia Argento) will be circulating as usual.
Milan’s public transport will be affected, and the Malpensa Express line is included. Travelers are strongly advised to check the companies’ official website for the guaranteed services.

Trenitalia

Train connecting the city of Milan to and from other Italian cities will be affected by the strike.
