Golosaria is a festival held in the spaces of Allianz MiCo celebrating the Italian excellence in dining, food and wine. As for the previous editions, the event features meetings with food and wine producers, street food destinations, show cookings and chances to improve the knowledge of local excellence. Particular attention is given to Italian chefs, providing their personal nterpretations of great classica and favourites from the traditional Italian cuisine.
More than 300 exhibitors and many new innovations are expected in all areas of expertise, including street food that will animate the outdoor area. The MIXO area, which made its debut in 2022, dedicated to mixology, will also be strengthened.
