Zelo is the new restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Milano led by Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino. In a bright environment designed by renowned architect Patricia Urquiola, the restaurant offers refined Italian cuisine with meticulously selected ingredients.
Always in search of elaborations of his cuisine, which celebrates producers and raw materials, Fabrizio has set out this time to surprise international guests and the Milanese once again, collaborating with a name already known within the magnificent Hotels and Resorts of the Canadian brand: Natalie Prhat.
A chef and cuisine line creator who is a passionate advocate of a plant-based approach to healthy living, Natalie has already helped create Plant-Based menus at the Four Seasons in Costa Rica, Anguilla and Orlando. Through her experience, Natalie brings to the kitchen a deep understanding of the flavors, textures, tastes and sensory experiences that each vegetable possesses. Both Chefs are committed to exploring and developing innovative plant-based creations for travelers and curious foodies; Natalie and Fabrizio have remained true to their DNA but have pushed the boundaries of taste and imagination to offer guests a truly extraordinary and never-before-created culinary experience in an iconic hotel, such as the Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in the heart of the fashion district of a city in constant and vibrant evolution.
The Plant-Based menu is available throughout 2023 at Restaurant Zelo at Four Seasons Hotel Milano for lunch and dinner – alongside the classic offerings.
